Tips on Harvesting Organic Spinach

- It can be steamed or cooked in stews.

Recipe to Cook Organic Spinach
Spinach frittata
- 1 onion
- Oil for frying
- Sprinkle of sesame seed
- 2-4 eggs
- 1-2 potatoes
- Big handful of fresh spinach
- 2-3 slices of ham (optional)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh oregano / basil
- Salt and pepper
- Fry the chopped onion in oil.
- Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Skin the potatoes and chop them into small pieces and fry with the onion till tender.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add the spinach, garlic, ham and herbs when the potatoes soften.
- Pour the eggs over the mixture and cover with a lid.
- When the eggs are cooked through, turn off the heat.
- Serve with fresh salad or homemade bread.
